返品についての特約事項・キャンセル / 交換 / 返品 / 修理 ご注文完了後のお客様ご都合によるキャンセル / 交換 は一切お受けできません。以下に明記がございます返品につきましては一切の返品をお受けできませんのでご注文確定前に内容を必ずご確認ください。

ご注文完了また発送後は、注文者責任により必ずお荷物をお受け取りください。
商品発送後に長期不在・受け取り拒否などによる返品をされた場合は、往復の実質送料と各種手数料をお支払いいただきます。
また、長期不在・受け取り拒否・銀行振込の未入金などキャンセル等が続く場合は、ご注文の辞退と当店のご利用を停止させていただきます。
・修理について 誤配送や初期不良があった場合以外の修理は承っておりません。

・誤配送や初期不良があった場合 当店では商品全てを出荷前に当店基準による検品をした後、発送させて頂いておりますが、 万が一、誤配送や新品未使用での初期不良があった場合は、ご交換対応をさせていただきます。 商品ご到着日より5日以内にお問い合わせからご連絡をお願い申し上げます。 ご到着日より5日を経過した商品の対応はお受けできかねますので、商品到着後は速やかに商品状態をご確認ください。
お写真等にて確認ができました後、良品とのご交換をさせていただきます。
[交換・返品特約] 以下条件に当てはまる場合、お受けすることができません。

・タグが取り外された商品
・誤った商品/個数を注文した商品
・商品の包装、SHOPカードが残ってない商品・ご注文情報の確認ができない商品
・ご到着日より5日経過した商品
・一度でもご使用された商品、試着等で汚された
・汚損・破損
・タバコや香水等匂いのついた商品
・お洗濯、クリーニングやお修理等の手を加えられた商品

・誤配送や初期不良があった場合でも返金・返品につきましては一切の返金をお受けできません。 ただし交換可能な在庫が欠品の場合は、修理もしくは返金にて対応させていただきます。
・当店で確認が取れておりませんお荷物はお受け取りできません。

Important Notice Regarding Returns and Exchanges

・Cancellations / Exchanges / Returns / Repairs
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer convenience after the order is completed.
As stated below, we do not accept any returns, so please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Once your order has been placed or shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to receive the package.
In the case of returns caused by long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, round-trip shipping costs and handling fees will be charged.
If repeated issues such as long-term absence, refusal of delivery, or non-payment via bank transfer occur, we may decline future orders and suspend your use of our store.

・Repairs
We do not accept repair requests unless there is a shipping error or a defect from the start.


In Case of Shipping Error or Initial Defect
Although we inspect all items before shipping based on our quality standards, if you receive a wrong item or an item with an initial defect (unused), we will arrange for an exchange.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept any requests made after this period, so we kindly ask you to inspect your items promptly upon delivery.
Once the issue is confirmed through photos or other means, we will proceed with the exchange for a new item.


[Return & Exchange Policy]
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Tags have been removed
• Wrong item or quantity was ordered by the customer
• Missing packaging or shop card
• Order information cannot be confirmed
• More than 5 days have passed since delivery
• The item has been used or is soiled from trying on
• Damaged or stained items
• Items with strong smells such as tobacco or perfume
• Items that have been washed, dry-cleaned, or repaired


Please Note:
Even in the case of shipping errors or initial defects, refunds are not accepted.
However, if we do not have replacement stock available, we will offer either repair or a refund.
We cannot accept any parcels for which we cannot verify tracking or prior communication.
